Join our Business Development team as an Inside Sales Manager (f/m/x) and help us successfully position our research and consulting services in the field of Impact Analysis & Sustainability. In this role, you will take on a central position at the intersection of sales, research, and international clients.

Your tasks

  • You coordinate and manage the entire proposal process – with a particular focus on our Impact & Analysis business unit 
  • You manage internal proposal and sales processes and coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables across different teams 
  • You act as a central point of contact for clients and ensure professional communication and a smooth sales cycle 
  • You coordinate budgeting, approval, and pricing processes in close collaboration with accounting and project leads 
  • You prepare sales reports, analyze pipeline and performance developments, and derive actionable insights 
  • You support operational sales campaigns and coordinate internal follow-up and sales activities 
  • You drive special projects to further develop the business area – for example by using AI and the optimization of sales and proposal processes 
  • You continuously improve templates, workflows, and processes to ensure efficient and scalable sales operations

Your profile

  • A completed vocational training or economic studies is advantageous, but career changers are also welcome
  • First practical experience in proposal or project management, sales operations, business development or another commercial function
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, ideally with experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) 
  • Enjoy working on challenging topics, with a meticulous work style, team orientation, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to communicate perceptively and work in a solution-oriented manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and ideally in English
